There was a misunderstanding in the beginning and I’ll be honest some of my family can be difficult to deal with. Despite it all Shawn did everything he could possibly do to accommodate me and my fiancé’s wedding. I’ll tell you right now I have never met a company so persistent and determined to provide excellent customer service. At the end of the day our wedding had beautiful rental chairs, tables and linens provided by Shore Tents. Shawn displayed the very definition of bending backwards to help us out. I found out about Shore Tents and Events through a mutual friend who used their services for their wedding. I wanted to organize a small birthday celebration for my 8 year old and his army of friends I had a two week deadline.
